Applicable: common label, warehouse, shipping and receiving labels,
                             shell and the packaging label,delivery and address label,retailing label and tag, clothing labels.

Applicable medium: coated paper labels and tags (thermal transfer paper, cardboard), PE, BOPP


In order to ensure the best performance, please use the following environmental requirements, transportation and storage.

1) Use environment: 5ºC-35ºC ,The relative humidity is 45%-85%,
2) Transport environment:-5ºC-45ºC,The relative humidity is
    20% -85%, Time no more than one month.
3) Storage environment: -5ºC-40ºC,The relative humidity is
    20%-85%, storage time no more than one year.

Note: Ribbon exposed to direct sunlight and humid environment will cause damage to the ribbon.

Discriminate between internal carbon and outer carbon
With a sticker or adhesive tape on the inner surface of the ribbon, and then torn off, if have toner, then it is Internal carbon ,
Using the same method paste on the exterior surface of the ribbon,if have toner, then it is Outer carbon .

Wax ribbon characteristics:

Ribbons Instruction :
1.Wax Ribbon : With wax and carbon black (assuming black ribbon) as the main material and coated products. Wax ribbon is the most cheap ribbon, Mainly used for general paper printing. The use of wax ribbon must pay attention to is matched with the paper.  Wax base ribbon used to hand on the surface slightly convex material, is not applicable to surface smooth as a mirror of materials such as PET material products.
     Application: Coated paper label, Self-adhesive label
2.Resin ribbon:If the print data required to solvent resistance and high temperature resistance, etc., For chemical product packaging, or must be resistant to high temperatures,such as for electrical heating parts , or must be printed on special PET and other chemical products, it is recommended to use resin ribbon. Because the ingredients of the resin can meet the above requirements, but this ribbon usually relatively high price, and printing effect must match well the paper / print media , in order to reach the best level of printing.
      Application: PET, PVC, Jewelry label, wash care label etc. With super strong scratch resistance and abrasion resistance. Needs Alcohol to wash out!
3.Wax/Resin Ribbon:The main materials are mixed with wax and resin, As a product of coating material, the proportion of the mixture changes with the need, Mainly used for the surface smooth material, for  the general requirements of more stringent product  . It is shown that combines the advantages of the above two kinds of ribbon made
   Application: PET, PVC, Jewelry label, wash care label etc. With strong scratch resistance and abrasion resistance
